These terms apply to Registered-tier access to the hosted FT-ITC automatic machine interpretation service. Registration is not required for local processing, fitting or use of the desktop application.
1. Acceptable use
Use the service for lawful scientific, educational or professional work. Do not probe, disrupt, overload or attempt to bypass the service’s security, quotas or access controls. Do not use another person’s access.
2. Email verification and access codes
Submitting the registration form creates only a pending registration. If the address is eligible, we send a single-use activation link that expires after 24 hours. Registered access is created only after the link is confirmed, and the bearer access code is then sent in a separate email.
Keep both the activation link and bearer code confidential. Anyone who possesses an available link or code may be able to activate or use the associated access. Contact support@ft-itc.org promptly if either is exposed, lost or misused.
3. Quotas and presets
Registered access includes the quotas, limits and service presets communicated by the application. Quotas are assigned by the service and are not a guarantee of a particular capacity or availability.
4. Suspension and revocation
Access may be suspended or revoked for misuse, security concerns, violation of these terms, or operational and legal reasons. We may also pause new registrations or the service while investigating or maintaining it. An available activation link may still be completed while new registrations are paused.
5. Scientific-output limitations
FT-ITC Analysis is a software tool, not scientific, medical, legal or regulatory advice. Outputs depend on the input data, processing choices, model assumptions and experimental context. You are responsible for checking results and deciding whether they are fit for your work.
6. Availability and support
The service is provided on an availability basis and may change or be interrupted. For access recovery, registration questions or technical support, contact support@ft-itc.org.
7. Changes
We may update these terms by publishing a new version. The registration form identifies the current version and requires explicit acceptance.
